The first steps were taken in August 2007 when Patrick Augustus, (IE Executive Director) founded The Princess DianaThe Memorial Primary School in collaboration with the local community and the construction of a Nursery School through his own resources and support from a close network, which was completed in 2012.

The construction, furnishing and maintenance of the BTSE has been managed through the support of numerous musical artists, performers, friends and well-wishers. Year on year the school continues to grow and improve the lives of local children and their parents and wider family. As we have struggled to find the finances to complete the work at the school so people have added strengths in their own way.
These projects were carried out as part of an integrated Village approach focussing on Health Education and economic activities. Since then we have worked in close cooperation with local and regional authorities, innovative companies, individuals and various professionals to carry out local community development initiatives.
When combining these types of initiatives, ‘win-win’ situations arise for those who are involved; what we refer to as an Inspirational Enterprise.
